Because each of our products are carefully handcrafted, items purchased from us within 30 days of receipt are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY and are fulfilled on a case-by-case basis upon inspection of the product.

Items are NOT COVERED if they are found damaged due to neglect, water submersion or normal wear and tear.
